Designed around high-altitude valleys, Wakhi communities, Kyrgyz nomadic landscapes, and multi-day trekking. This is an expedition—not a conventional hotel tour—and requires a detailed suitability call.
Expedition framework
- Days 1–3: Border or Kabul-based connection plan, Kunduz/Faizabad staging, and permit coordination.
- Days 4–6: Ishkashim, Qazi Deh, Qala-e-Panja, and Upper Wakhan approach.
- Days 7–12: Flexible multi-day trekking with local support team, village or nomadic stays, and acclimatization time.
- Days 13–15: Return through the corridor, buffer time, and onward transfer.
Typically included
- Fourteen nights in the best practical mix of hotel, guesthouse, homestay, yurt, or expedition camp
- Private high-clearance transport
- English-speaking local guide
- All meals and treated or bottled drinking water
- Local trekking support such as pack animals, porters, and cook when required

- International or domestic flights and cross-border transfers outside the written proposal
- Government visa, permit, and national-park fees
- Travel, high-altitude, and medical evacuation insurance
- Personal equipment, tips, and emergency evacuation costs
Participation requirements: suitable fitness, appropriate insurance, flexible expectations, and acceptance of a route that may change for weather, access, or local conditions.
From price is per traveler based on a private group of four. Solo and smaller-group pricing is higher. Purchase is subject to a mandatory suitability and logistics review; unavailable dates receive an alternative or refund.
