- Destination, season, and routing consultation
- Draft day-by-day itinerary
- Hotel, transport, guide, interpreter, meal, and airport-transfer recommendations
- Visa, invitation-letter, and permit coordination guidance through eligible authorized channels
- One consolidated written proposal with inclusions, exclusions, and final price
- Two reasonable revision rounds
- Deposit credited to the confirmed Eymen private-tour booking
