These Terms of Service govern your use of the Eymen Travel website and any travel-planning, inquiry, booking-support, and related services we provide. By using our website or asking us to arrange travel services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Our role
Eymen Travel acts as a travel agency and intermediary. Airlines, hotels, tour operators, ground transportation providers, insurers, visa service providers, and other third parties supply the travel products themselves. Their schedules, availability, fares, rules, and terms also apply to your booking.
2. Quotes and bookings
Quotes are estimates based on the information and availability available when provided. Prices, taxes, fees, exchange rates, and availability may change until a reservation is confirmed and any required payment is received. A request, website submission, or WhatsApp conversation does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we send written confirmation or ticketing documentation.
You are responsible for reviewing traveler names, dates, destinations, and all itinerary details before approval. Traveler names must match the relevant travel documents exactly.
3. Payments
You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all disclosed charges associated with an approved booking. We may collect service or planning fees in addition to supplier charges. Any non-refundable fee will be disclosed before payment. For your security, do not send full payment-card details through ordinary chat or email.
4. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Changes, cancellations, credits, and refunds are subject to the applicable supplier rules and any disclosed Eymen Travel service fees. Some fares, reservations, and services may be non-changeable or non-refundable. Supplier penalties and fare differences may apply. Refund timing is controlled in part by the supplier and payment provider and is not guaranteed until funds are received and processed.
5. Passports, visas, health, and entry requirements
Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, transit visas, permits, vaccinations, and other documents required for every destination and transit point. Entry rules can change. Travelers should verify current requirements with the relevant government authorities and should not rely solely on general information supplied by us.
6. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance, including coverage for cancellation, interruption, medical care, evacuation, and baggage. Insurance products are subject to their own policy terms and exclusions.
7. Schedule changes and events outside our control
Travel suppliers may change or cancel schedules, routes, accommodations, or services. Eymen Travel is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent suppliers or for events outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, government action, border restrictions, public-health events, natural disasters, or other force-majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with alternatives, subject to supplier availability and rules.
8. Website, WhatsApp, and automated assistance
Our website and WhatsApp channels may use automated or AI-assisted responses to answer common questions and collect trip details. Automated responses are preliminary and may contain errors. They do not confirm price, availability, eligibility, visa requirements, or a booking. A member of our team will confirm material details before you rely on them. You may ask to speak with a person at any time.
You agree to use our communication channels lawfully and not to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious content. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers, or unnecessary identity documents through chat.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with travel suppliers and service providers when reasonably necessary to research, arrange, manage, or support your requested travel services.
10. Accuracy and availability
We try to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that website or message content is complete, error-free, or continuously available. Supplier information may change without notice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eymen Travel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services, supplier acts or omissions, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, text, graphics, and other materials owned by Eymen Travel may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without permission, except as allowed by law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Utah unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The updated version applies from the stated effective date.
